Reflections We Keep
Terms of Use
A few things to know about this website and the music shared here.

About the website
These terms apply to your use of reflectionswekeep.com, the website for the Reflections We Keep music project. "We", "us" and "our" refer to the people responsible for the project and this website. Lin Lee Tan is a fictional artist identity, not the website's legal operator.
The website introduces our songs and provides ways to watch or listen through external platforms. It does not sell products, manage streaming accounts or accept payments.
Creative approach
The project draws on lived experience and personal reflection. Music and vocals are generated using AI and shaped through human creative direction. Fictional artist identities and associated imagery are creative representations and should not be understood as biographies or performances by real human singers.
The songs offer creative expression and reflection. They are not professional advice or treatment, and no particular emotional or therapeutic outcome is promised.
Music, artwork and other material
Material on this website may be subject to copyright, trade mark rights, contractual restrictions or other applicable rights. The extent of protection can differ between elements, particularly where AI has been used. These terms do not assert exclusive copyright in every AI-generated element.
Listening to a song or viewing artwork does not by itself give permission to reproduce, distribute, adapt, synchronise, sell or otherwise reuse it. No Creative Commons licence or general reuse licence is offered through this website. This does not limit uses permitted by applicable law or rights you already hold. Included font software remains subject to its own licence.
For a proposed use of music, lyrics, artwork or branding, please contact us with the details. Any permission would need to be expressly agreed by the relevant rights holder. Sharing an ordinary link to the website or an official streaming page is a simple way to introduce someone to the music. Any use must not falsely imply an endorsement or association with the project.
External platforms and availability
YouTube, streaming services and other linked websites have their own terms and policies. Availability, pricing, features and regional access are controlled by those services. Links and content may change, and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that every external page will remain available.
Please let us know if you find an error or a broken link. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right, guarantee or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law where it applies.
Privacy and contact
Read the Privacy Policy for information about email enquiries, hosting, optional video loading and Google Analytics. For permission requests or questions about these terms, please contact us.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the website changes. The revised terms will appear here with an updated date and apply from that date. They do not retrospectively change any separate permission already agreed in writing.
